Hi everyone. My new Stiletto Deuce II was working just fine yesterday. This morning, I plug in to play and the volume is very low, and remains low even as I advance the output. I checked the guitar and cable, no probs there. This amp is just a few weeks old, and has never left the house or been played loud. Any ideas before I get on the phone with Mesa?

Problem solved! It was my screw up the whole time. This is my first amp with an effects loop, and I had no idea that the amp would not work if there was no power to the effects. I had my power supply to the effects unplugged. When I started playing with the amp and switched the effect loop off and it started working, thats when i figured it out. Learn something new everyday. Sorry to waste a thread for this!

Hehe - yep, gotta have power to pass signal in most effects units! Now you know... glad you got it sorted.
