Hey guys, these are 3 quick shots of the Schecter Hellraiser. I love this guitar and there are only 2 guitars I would consider trading it for. It has a great neck profile, not as thin/wide as my old ibanez prestiges, but really comfy. The pickups honestly may go eventually, but I dig the emg's for now. (85 and 81 got positions swapped) The black cherry finish is beautiful over the quilt maple cap. (wow, not a veneer!) The only mods I would like is the have the neck raw/tung oiled instead of glossy finished, and maybe an ebony board with either no inlays or a vine. Gold hardware would be great too.

I believe that is a veneer over a plain maple cap...Schecter is notorious for doing that on their instruments.
