Output Transformer for a .50 caliber + 1990

Monsta, I removed the OT last night and discovered 2 wires were sliced and shorting to the case. I'm sure this is the major problem. I ordered one up From David Allan this morning. My customer agreed that a cap job is in order as well. Once all this is complete, I'll let you know. Thanks again for your help.

I can guarantee that the Allen OT will be a significant improvement over the stocker in this case.

What do you guys think about an Allen replacement for a DC-10? It is truly a great amp already, but I'm always looking for better. I've been thinking about Mercury Magnetics as well.

I removed the OT in question a few days ago and pulled it apart. I found 2 wires sliced and shorting to the casing. With the new OT on the way from Allen, I think this repair is in overdrive.
