alright, noob question here: I'm looking to get a 2x12 to go along with a Mark IV combo, but I'm not sure how the whole ohm thing works.... there is one 8 ohm jack and two 4 ohm jacks. The amp's speaker is plugged into the 8 ohm jack, and the 4 ohm jacks are empty. I'd like to keep the combo's speaker plugged in, but also connect a 2x12 cab. So what do I need to do, find a 4ohm speaker cabinet? Most the Mesa ones I see or 8 ohm, would I be able to use one of these? I'd like to use either a Mesa or Genz Benz G flex. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The jacks on the amp are labeled to represent the total load. If you connect an 8-ohm cab, you would plug it into a 4-ohm jack and move the internal speaker's plug to the other 4-ohm jack.
