My current 4x12 is 16ohm. I'm going to buy a Stiletto Duece here soon. The Duece doesn't have a 16ohm output. Can I use the 8ohm output without a problem?

According to the Mesa manual, you're ok.
but... if you match it up better you'll get more performance from all the rest of your stuff.

The Mesa/Boogie Manual said:
Your Stiletto is not very sensitive to impedance mismatching and therefore we encourage experimentation with regards to speaker loads. You may feel free to try an 8 Ohm load on the 4 Ohm jack or a 16 Ohm load on the 8 Ohm jack as you may discover a characteristic that the mismatched load imparts on the sound that is desirable.

.. it's a simple thing to rewire your cab to 8ohms
and then you'll be ready for the other half to that stack :D
