Hey guys .. i have a nomad 45
i can power it up in standby no problem but as soon as i start playing the amp powers down.

power tubes were replaced just a couple months ago so i don't think it's that.

what else could it be??
 
...second that. You're left without the 'juice' (caps don't get recharged instantly) There's also a set of 'filter caps' outside your power supply circuit (attached to anode and cathode). It could be those, alternatively that leak juice (they're connected to ground).
