I got my eurotubes high gain 6L6/E34L retube kit for my Mark IV today. I know that the balanced goes in V5, and the E34Ls go on the outside of the power tube section. Other than that I know you can place the other pre-amp tubes in any order, but I'm looking for opinions. Here's what the ratings are on the remaining preamp tubes:
