Thanks guitarmaster my memory to forum members names is cra.p :(
I was trying to help him.I think is a lot easier recording 2 tracks than copy and paste and delaying tracks.
And at the end copy and paste won't give you a stereo sound just a delayed guitar.
Anyway that's why we are here,to talk about music and help each other .........

or not

I meant delayed then panned out as well :D
BTW 18&life the clips you put up of the triaxis sound incredible. I agree, we're all here to help each other or to seek out help, and regardless of how we word things, or the different methods we use, it's helping out others that haven't used the tools that others have. Sometimes the digressing that occurs in the different threads opens up different options or thoughts that somebody might have missed and decides to try for the first time. Gear and recording techniques are so varied that sometimes all you need is a place to start, then everything else just comes easier.

I think he don't know what is double tracked
Just record the same guitar 2 times in different tracks. Then panned them far left and right.

Thanks, how does this differ than recording in mono though? When I record in mono it comes out both speakers

the difference occurs because when you actually physically record two seperate tracks their is enough difference in your perfomance to create a very nice modulation time effect that makes the overall guitar track sound much larger and when you pan them hard left and hard right it sounds huge. This is the explanation but the best thing you can do is try it and you will immediatley see the positive results.

I like the tone it struck me with a early Pumpkins/STP Purple sonic nature and the change actually reminded me of early Primus without Les.The rapid drumbeat kinda threw me off.Maybe thats a good thing  The tone and riff are right up my alley, can I be the dude playin' the E-bow live? :)

Sweet, thanks man! I was going for a really rich tone but still heavy as hell. The drums need work. You can hold the ebow :D
