New Song From My Band's Demo

My band is spending the next week or so working on a demo, and here's a rough version of a song that'll be on it. Most of the guitars are done, we just need to do a few overdubs and maybe redo a part or two. It's just a rough mix that I did quickly, but you get the idea.

Damn impressive work, Nitro. You guys have the chops and songwriting skills, that's for sure. Definitely the type of music I'd listen to. Is it going to be an instrumental, or is it just awaiting vocals?

Which rig are you using on this tune?

We're still looking for the right singer. We've tried out a bunch of guys, but haven't found anyone that clicked yet. So we're in the middle of recording a bunch of our songs so we can get them on myspace/garageband/purevolume etc. Then when we find the right guy, we'll have him come down and do the vocal tracks.

The rig used was really simple. The guitars went straight into an ENGL Savage 120 going through a MESA Recto 4x12 with a Shure SM57 on the cab.
