New Mark IV/Line 6 M13 into effect loop?

I just got my used Mark iv and have to say it`s the best amp I have played(only been playing 1.5 years).My question is I also have a Line 6 M13 which won`t work with this amp,I have set it up the same a my Peavey Valveking and it work`s fine in that amp.I`am useing the footswitch and that turn`s the loop on but no sound at all and leaving the loop on at all times I still have no sound at all.I hope someone is useing this pedal so I can get some help.

you mean the line6 isn't getting any signal from the mark4?

Do you have another pedal you can try in the loop?

I would look at your V2 preamp tube as well, it's possible the loop functions are not working properly because you may have a bad tube and not realize it.

Check the FX switch on the back as well and make sure you're plugged in properly.

Hey guy`s tank`s for the help.It has original preamp tubes but that was not the problem.I had the loop set for footswitch and the 2 other switches were on Rhy 2 and lead auto,turned them to off and it works fine.I have to say this is one hell of a amp and really don`t need to many effect`s.I will use delay and reverb which sound`s better then the onboard reverb and overdrive a liitle. Thanks again

in my opinion, stay away from the amps reverb...buy an external reverb, you won't regret it.
