New Lonestar Special, but NO reverb

Hi

Just bought a brand new LSS after first trying the 5:25 for a few days. Very happy with the sound but after a 30 minutes I discovered that the reverb does not work on any channel. I am no expert on tube amps but I have discovered that the preamptube for the reverb does not seem to "glow". Could it just be a faulty tube? And can I just switch it with any tube of this type? Appreciate any advise!

make sure the reverb pan is plugged in.

Well, it was a loose wire in the reverbtank according to the dealer. They fixed it in 24 hours so now everything is fine.
