Just found this great site and wanted to introduce myself briefly. I'm Andrew, I live in Exeter in south-west England and have been playing guitar for over 40 years, mostly blues/rock with some bad country stuff thrown in!
Currently I'm playing in a 60s covers band-it's a little cheesy but, hey, it helps pay the bills...
Guitars are a couple of Teles; a US Standard Ash and a Baja, and a Classic Player 60s Strat.
Amps are a 5.25, 1 x 12, Roland Cube 60 and an old faithful Peavey Bandit teal-stripe.

Previous Boogies were an F50, now with a friend who refuses to return it(!), Lonestar Special which I couldn't love and a MkIV which I couldn't lift!!

Looking forward to chatting,

Cheers,

Snake

Interesting... I'm currently using a Cube 60 and I am in the process of getting a 5:25 1-12... hmmm. I'm also a Fender man, with two '62 Strat reissues (One USA, one CIJ). And I'm also in a slightly cheesy cover band that helps to pay the bills. Well.... I suppose we're not so different, despite the vast distance.

Oh yeah... I haven't been here very long, but welcome nonetheless!

Have I got a doppelganger?

Hi there Andrew. You got yourself a nice amp there. Something I'm sure you already know. :D

Probably the perfect thing for your set list. Bet it sounds great. There's a lot of knowledge on the board. I spend many an hour here.

All the best.

Not entirely... you've got a few years on me, I've only been playing for 35 years! And I sold my Tele's years ago, strictly Strats these days.
