I got a used rev b MKIV combo yesterday and spent the day today tweaking.
I re-amped the guitars for a LoG style band I recorded last year.
Used the Will Adler settings I found on this forum and ran the combo into my Recto cab (disconnecting the internal speaker)
The sound was there straight away with no boost.
I spent ages trying to get close to this sound with a triple recto head!
The MKIV is much tighter than the recto with much better mid range definition.
I have a few different heads but I think the MKIV will be used a lot in the studio.
