I usually have some buyers remorse when I pick up new gear, but I have absolutely none with this little beast. Plugged it into my my traditional Recto Angled 412 for the initial audition and it just floored me with tone and clarity. I was concerned about some reviews where people didn't feel there was enough thump, but I think it thumps just fine, and with a mid clarity that I really like.

I'm not a gigging musician and haven't been in a band setting in many years, so I downsized last year to a Carvin V3M head in my office/studio. It was OK, but not inspiring to play. Kind of three flavors of the same one-trick, when it comes to gain. Clean channel is nice though; Nice chime. It will be collecting some dust if I don't unload it.

It was very easy to dial in my initial sounds with the Mini Mark since I read about the power of the treble control in advance. I used to have a LSS 112 about 8-10 years ago so I was familiar with Mesa's tone stacks. The Crunch voicing brought an immediate smile to my face that hasn't left yet. Had to get back to work and am video conferencing with a big grin. May be coming down with the Mesa Flu Friday....too sick to work.....

Congrats man! Unless you're playing huge venues without PA support the power section should serve you well. I have mine paired with a Recto Vertical 2x12 cab and it gets loud.
I also run the cab clone into my PA mixer for when I want more volume, wet/dry/wet, or for late night jamming through studio monitors.

Thanks! No doubt it's loud. I tried it first without my Hotplate just to get a feel for how much air it would move. Inserted the Hotplate for more normal use. Knocks 4-8 DB off and let's me get into the power section more. Will play with Cabclone this weekend for recording. Using Logic X with a Scarlett interface into JBL LSR studio monitors, so I'm eager to see how it will sound for tracking. I'd been relying on SansAmp in the GT2 and Flyrig for analog tone. Modeling just never did it for me.

Haha. Never heard that term before but I will use it soon.

I played through a recto 4x12 this past weekend and it was awesome. For me there is plenty of thump as well.

Enjoy and congrats

It used to be the aluminum or bourbon flu far too often, but after a stint in rehab I've been "healthy" for over a year. Amazing how creativity and ability come back in spades when you're clean and sober. And you can afford gear!

Ain't that the truth! It's liberating when you realize the thing you relied upon was the thing holding you back. Good on ya!
