my stiletto is almost dead

ok so im just about to put this thing through a window, i had issues with it a couple days ago with noise and turned out to be a faulty 12ax7. got it replaced and was working great yestereday. now the only mode i can get to work is fat clean, all the others have no sound at all.

help.

DuDe Change the 1 st 3 preamp tubes(12ax7)

Don't get too frustrated... it's probably just a bad tube.

Tubes are finicky as all hell - You can have an amp run fine for 10 years without ever changing any tubes.... and sometimes you'll have a tube die after a few months... or get a brand new tube that's DOA.

It's a crapshoot.
