Heres a clip of my mark III purple stripe. My old band has decided to get back in the studio to finish (start over) the album we were working on years ago when we broke up. All Mark III.

I dont remember what side is what but one track is a strat with an Alrdich in da bridge into a MXR microamp into the Mark III into a randall 412 with H30s. The 2nd track is a McCarty w MCP Afwayus into a microamp into the mark iii into a recto 412 w v30s

Lead 1 was the prs into an opamp big muff into the clean ch
Lead 2 was the PRS/microamp/recto cab

Ruff mix. Still alot of editting to do

Cool tune. The guitars sound very good - proves the Mark III can pull off nice modern tones.

Cool tone, good hooks, good vocals. You could of told me that was a VH4 or Bogner on a medium gain setting and I would of believed you. I am digging out my Mark III right now!

Absolutely. Ive never understood the vintage lable. As if its stuck on a certain sound. The GEQ works wonders.

Thanks man. Thats quite a compliment 8) Id love to get my hands on a VH4S

Almost pulled the trigger on an an older VH4, but I have a couple amps that kind of do the same things, so I couldn't justify the $$$$$.
Mark III is doing it for me right now so Diezels are on my "Someday" list.

Sounds good! What's the power tube setup?
JJ 6L6s & E34Ls in the amp but I ran it in class A mode is I believe thats just the E34Ls at 15 watts.

Sounds great! This is why I never get rid of my Mark III. When they sound good, they sound great!
Awesome tune too BTW :D
