My fuse burned in the middle of the show...what could be happened ? There was a lot, i say a loooot of white smoke on the stage (Smoke Machine)...i do not know if it is the reason...my amp was used for 2 bands , and the 3rd it happened. Is it Normal ? I changed the fuse allready and it is ok now...but now i concerned about it happen again...

Yerterday was the first time that i pluged it on the stage power line, cause here in brazil is 220 volts, but the stage was "totally secure tranformed already to 110"...and my friend was there in that time, cause i'm traveling... fuuuck!and the guitar player was just using his pedal set on the looping of the amp on the CH1...

This is where the plate starts arcing to another element within the tube. It looks like a mini electrical storm within the tube - white or blue flashes. The usual causes are either a mechanical failure within the tube where the elements inside are starting to come loose, a loss of vacuum, or a speaker cable/connection comming loose. Check your speaker connection then try gently tapping the output tubes with the standby on. I think ryjan is elluding to rectifier tube arcing which is more common. - Pat.

Not sure how much this helps, but I had a fuse blowing problem with my LSS and it turned out to be a bad rectifier tube. Might be worth checking out on your V.
