I just wanted to know what the difference is between the Vacuum Tube position and the Silicone Diodes (Hi Power) Position on the back of my head. Which is better?

Vacuum tubes will give you a more vintage or saggy feeling to the notes, as if every movement of your fingers dictates the tone. Diodes give you much tighter tracking for stuff like heavy chugging or very fast articulate work.

Personally I never use the diodes as I think they take over too much. I prefer the tubes myself.

for some reason, to me the tubes slot feels a lot juicier...you can say squishy, creamy.....

Tubes feels great for leads, not so great for rhythms IMO.
