I love using Cooledit for learning songs, especially leads. The loop function works really well for me so that I can hear a segment of a song over and over to pick off the notes being played.
I'm looking at MP3 players so I can carry the songs I'm learning with me. I am guessing that a few people here are using MP3 players in the same way and I was wondering what type of player you have.
For me I'd really like one with a good que, so you can get to where you want quickly and easily in the song. And also rewind or "mark" the spot so you can return easily. Want to spend more time playing and not playing around. If any have a loop feature like I mentioned above I like to hear about it.
I saw an MPIO FY500 with 2Gb. It has an FM tuner and the ability to record off the tuner. Pretty cool for grabbing a song on the run. Just don't know how it ques.
Any suggestions or comments would be helpful.
Thanks!
