I've been having a look for info on this, and I must be doing something wrong, but having got a recently repaired Triaxis back from Mesa, I was using a couple off effects, namely a sonic stomp, and a mooer pitchbox .....
I know it has 2 returns for stereo, but I am only getting signal through one channel when using these mono pedals. The A if plugged in to A, or the B if plugged into B....
My Marshall JMP-1 has a stereo loop as well, but mono worked, provided you used the left return all the time( or maybe the right, but it was one that I had to choose, it couldn't be either or.)
Do I HAVE to get a splitter cable or something? I have a couple stereo pedals but they aren't always on my board.
I must be missing something really obvious here, but even in the manual there isn't much info on the effects loop....next step is figuring out the programmable aspects of it...

I have a stereo FX loop but right now I'm using it mono with either channel I choose. I just hook it up normally, TA Send->GT-6 In, GT-6 Mono out->TA Return, like you said, A if using TA Output A and B if using TA output B. IF of course you're using your TriAxis in mono as well - I once forgot I was using both outputs to my 2:90 so I had no signal when I had the FX loop hooked up for mono.

Just as a side note, IMO a Sonic Stomp is like bad plaster. I've always found that at first it sounds nice, then you remove it and it sounds even nicer. Recommended a couple of people to ditch it and most thanked me. Not saying you have to, just try it and see how it goes :)

Thanks jackie....Re the BBE, my opinions on that change every day...sometimes I love it, sometimes I dont even bother with it.
But regarding yr post....are you saying in fact that is what I have to do? Choose one side to have a mono effect? Im trying to find out if I can just use the Sonic Stomp (or any other pedal) to go thru both channels....if I can't then I can't. It just seems weird that I don't have the option...

That actually does make sense Jackie... I just didn't read your post properly! Thanks again. Little bit miffed at this though. I can do this if I run a stereo delay at the end of the signal, so luckily I have one, even tho I never actually use it!
