Mod for Triaxis

Hi all,

I was talking to disassembled.

He has suggested to replace 1 x TL072 with a Bur Brown. IC OPA 2134.

I need some more help. Can someone confirm which component gets replaced.

IC3 looks to have 16 legs, and the Bur Brown IC OPA 2134 has only 8 legs.

So I'm a bit confused, Or am i looking at the wrong component.

Any help would be appreciated.

I took the lid of the TA for the First time today, WOW.

That is some serious ****!!!

Can you also explain a little bit more what this mod will do??

I believe it will reduce the OP-Amp from overloading/Clipping

So you can drive the TA harder and get less clipping from the OP-Amp???

Is that right????
