Hi, I've recently purchased a set of RI Mullard EL84s for my mini rectifier as a mesa rated set. Has anyone measured the plate current? The Mullards got super hot right away. The plate current and the transconductance were written on the tube boxes. Please let me know if these numbers seem right or too hot, thank you.
