Mesa recto-verb 50 head and avatar 2x12 8 ohm cab?

I just bought a used series 1 mesa recto-verb 50 watt head, i have an avatar 2x12 8 ohm cabinet with v30s in it.
How do i hook the amp to the cabinet it has 3 jacks on the back left to right 8 ohm-4 ohm-4 ohm now how do i hook the head up to the 8 ohm cab properly?
Also what kind of speaker cables do i need?

8 ohm to 8 ohm and any cable that is SPEAKER cable not instrument cable.
