Wait a minute, are you talking about the logo? or the actual faceplate with treb, gain, bass, middle, etc? I thought you were talking about the logo plate.
 
I recently had a panel put on my iic upgraded to a iic+. Pictures are in the following link.

The cost of the panel was $17. Note that this is a long head not a short head. Also I had sent the head to Mesa to have Mike B go over it. Mike did the install on the panel so it is within this context that I am quoting the price. I don't know if there is a cost differential if you just buy the panel and install it yourself. You will have to call Mesa to find this out. Mesa seems to have Mark iii panels but does not have Mark ii panels. Hope this is helpful.
