Mesa in Lawsuit over Fathom

A buddy of mine ordered a Fathom Bass Head several weeks ago and inquired as to why he hadn't got it yet so he talked to the store he purchased it from and they said Mesa was in a lawsuit over it. I guess they had finished their first production run when they got slapped with a lawsuit over the name. From what they said Mesa is going to rename the amp rather than pay out the...to use the name. Has anyone heard any other details about this?

Looks like they changed the name, so I don't think anything should change about him getting his amp.

Although if they don't change the name on the Amp, he may have just purchased a future collectors item.
