Mesa dual recto + lexicon mpx g2 + Gcx ground control??

Hi, my name is bruno from Paraguay-South America. I have a lexicon mpx-g2 which I want to use with the GCX Audio Switcher. How can I make the GCX Audio Switcher work with the lexicon user's patch? Since the GCX only access to patches from 1 to 128, and the lexicon user's patch goes from 251 to 300. I would also like to know which is the best way to connect it.
