Serial is 11536 and its got the 105 I believe.

I'm no C+ expert, but according to the "C+ Guide for Dummies" here, based on the serial number and the "Gain Boost" label on the front panel above the master, it looks like this is a IIC... perhaps one that was upgraded to a C+, as opposed to an original C+?

You are correct. This was a IIC that was modded to a IIC+.
