mesa 2x12 cab

Anybody play through one of these cabs? Whaddaya think?

I have a powerhouse 2x12 and I must say it rocks!
If you want to know what midrange sounds like with
a bass guitar, this will make it clear. Amazingly, it
covers the low and high ends very well too. I use it
with a companion 4x10 and it sounds fantastic together.
I am thinking the 4x12 would be amazing too. Kinda big though.

Thanks Billy, Since My post I went ahead and bought it. Gigged it once for a Christmas Party and you are right, it is a great cab. I get to use it this weekend at a downtown bar gig. Can't wait. Wow, that cab and a 4X10? You're my new hero

Glad you see the light! I love the 2x12. It is like a refreshing
new tone after years of using everything else. And with the
mids up front and strong, it really brings out the best of my
basses.
Adding the 4x10 fills it out, adds that punch and really rocks
the casbah. I was toying with the idea of getting a 6x10 or
4x12, but I believe combining these two cabs is hard to beat.
For my tastes, that is.
