Mark V mini sounds huge with low end in the John Petrucci video, but owners complain of lack of low end. Any opinions?

I think the "lack of low end" is when people compare it directly to the 90 watt mark V.

My experience has been with ANY multi watt amp, the lower wattage settings don't have as much low end as the higher wattage settings. Which would be expected since it is the lower end that takes the most power to amplify.

Personally I think the low end sounds fine. But I am sure if I A/B it with a 90 watter it would not have the low end the bigger amp has.

This owner disagrees. It's not an amp that overly emphasizes lows like some others may, but it is in no way lacking.

You can dial the V:25 to have a ton of low end, but it cannot get the low rumble of a big bottle. It's a great trade-off, though for price and portability. And turned up it REALLY cooks.

Low end?
Xtreme mode will take care of that. It's sounds exactly like when you switch from Vintage to Modern on a Recto.
