Hey all,
Question regarding my rig...
I have a Mark IV rackmount, running through a 4x12 avatar and a 2x12 avatar, stacked. I have a DD7, reverb, tuner, and NS-2 on my board. How should I run the NS2?
Ive tried 3 options and Im not sure which one is most ideal:
1.) Through the loop - Sounds pretty bad.
2.) In front of the amp (w/ the tuner) - Sounds pretty good, I still get a minor buzz/hum on the lead channe w/ EQ (when not playing). But I think I get the best tone with this option
3.) The X pattern - Sucks some tone, but I get absolutely ZERO hum/buzz.
Anyone recommend what to do?
Also- When the NS2 is in the X pattern, the pedal acts like a boost pedal too. Is this normal? It is VERY noticable. When its ran in front of the amp, the volume stays pretty much the same when the opedal is on/off.
