Hey guys. Lately I've been experiencing volume issues with my Mark IV. After about an hour or so of playing, the volume jumps considerably. This has only happened when playing on the lead channel so far and is curable by lowering the channel volume. As far as I can tell the other channels volumes are unaffected.

What could be causing the problem? Faulty tubes?

Thanks for your help.

Could be tubes, pots, cabling, caps, or other circuitry, you name it. Check your power. Then check your cables if you have extras try swapping them. Then try swapping tubes even if you have to buy them. You'll need them eventually anyway. Clean your pots and jacks. That's a good start.

That thing is shot.. Let me know and I'll come by and take it off your hands..
