The combos sound great, that is what made me get a Mark IV in the first place, plus if you don't like it you can always put it in a headshell.
The only thing that I don't like with combos that are on casters is the fact that the tubes can be put at the mercy of whatever surface you are rolling it over. Just take precautions when you move it such as removing the tubes prior to transportation and not rolling it on surfaces like asphalt where the surface is not uniform at all.
The particular Mark IV is in immaculate condition and it is a 2004 so it is pretty much what you are going to get if you order from Mesa. I would estimate the value at around $1450 in the current market, it may go for more though due to the age and condition. Of course you won't have to pay the shipping, so that also gives you a little more of a cash buffer.
