Mark IV + ADA Splitstack HELP!!

I'm trying to hook up my Mark IV into my ADA split stack.

I have no freaking idea how to calculate ohms or anything, so any help is much appreciated.

If the cab is 8 ohms (it runs only one speaker at a time unless I use 2 inputs on the back)
Would I use the 2 4 ohm outputs to power the cabinet? I dont wanna destroy anything!
Help me please!

If both cabs are 8 ohms, just run a speaker cable from each 4 ohm output on your boogie to each cab.
