Mark III modded to use 4xEL34

I was thinking about buying a used Mark III (I had a III green w/ 105 tranny a while back, very angry amp!)

So can we get these III's modded to take 4xEL34s and sound right (biased properly)? I guess I'm asking about a bias mod so the EL34's are not cold biased and the end result being similar to the bias of the power section of the Mark V.

Why not buy a Mark V? I don't care about the cleans so much and other extra features like recto tube, etc. and trying to save some money.

Any ideas?

Either that or buy a Mesa Triaxis (never tried one) and run it into my Rivera S120 which already has 4xEL34s...

Bias mods are very common, if I'm not mistaken?
