mark III combo hooking up external speaker cab question

I have a Mesa mark III combo amp (1x12) that has an 8ohm speaker output which goes to the speaker in the amp. I have just aquired a cab with an 8ohm speaker just like the one in the combo amp. What's the best way to hook it up? I have two 4ohm outputs that are next to the 8ohm output which feeds the combo amp speaker. Should I plug the cab into one the 4ohm outputs or do I need to daisy chain it to the 8 ohm output that the combo speaker is already asigned to?

Just hook them both into the 2, 4ohms connectors. one per speaker
