Hullo, I've loved my Boogie since purchasing it from an estate sale (Holy $hi# Batman!) a looong time ago.
Bottom line is: I need to replace the Accutronics Type 4 tank. My Klein tells me the resistance across the terminals is about 204ohms BUT I don't trust that since the unit is shot. It now makes a lot of grounding noise, 2 springs are gone (one vibrated off and I removed the other for 'balance') and I sense that the amount of use it's seen has just plain wore it out. The 'in-your-face dry tone is good for some things but I usually prefer more ambience.
There are numbers on the side but they do not correspond to the codes (45 84???) :?:
Does anyone know the number / letter sequence for Accutronics part number?
Thanx,
ptman
