How's the turn around time been for sending Mark series amps back in to Mesa lately?

Great, thanks Jerry! I've signed off on the service order, you'll see that invoice in 1-2 business days.

It’s a painful experience- you get an email saying amp done please confirm shipping- then once you confirm shipping- another email comes saying should hear from billing in the next two days- then you pay the bill and another email- saying in two days should here. Back - so I think the process took me another week back and forth after amp was done - mine is shipping today got tracking late yesterday

Got my Mark IV back today , I haven't fired it up yet but I am a little pissed.
Chris told me to send the tubes i used an mark them for each slot they go, so I boxed them up marked with slot position on each box and packed them up really well.
I had a NOS Mullard in V1 and a NOS RFT in V2 and a Chinese square getter in v3, the Mullard and RFT cost me close to $100 a piece and sound killer in my amp.
The pre amp tubes they sent it back with are JJ's and blank unlabled chinese (not square getters JJ's and a tungsol.
I sent Mollie an email, I did not expect Gibson/Mesa to squirrel NOS tubes on repairs. :(

Just got a chance to fire it up and they did fix the issues I asked them to. This is my 3rd mark IV and the R2 on this one has so much more gain than the other 2 I had. I may be able to run a pedal in front of this amp and turn the gain down on the lead channel and get a real clean/rhythm/lead channel use out of it.
I always wanted a solo boost but I may no longer need one. I'm going to have to see how it sounds at band volume.
So glad to have this back :)

Update: Mike emailed me to let me know he’s been sick all week - that’s why the amp never got out - he really backed up right now but my amp is done should go out this week- I never reached out to him he just wanted to give me a heads up - again great guy
I never put a rush on them what is the point..is it speed or a no compromise service.I always tell em to take they're time and do a perfect job.

Yea agree that’s what I told Mike B to not rush - I can deal with waiting but once the amp is done the process is silly- Molly is very nice about everything - and explains everything- all good
