OK, The V1 A is the first stage for the tone stack. the layout of the IIC+ is not the same as the III. The III is much more spread out and the tone stack leads to the caps and out to the controls and keeps the signal going.
The " Delete on Simul-Class is the .001 cap on the second lead stage plate load resistor. All of mine are stock Simul's and do not have this cap. It is often added as an official Mesa mod to reduce the brightness of Simul amps.
If you need some pictures of the IIC+ circuit board, PM me with your e-mail address and I will send you some of my 85 head. It is spotless becuase it was a head and was never opened.
