I don't think you need to worry about blowing out your V30. 75 watts to 60 watts may only amount to a 1.5 db difference. I have a V 30 in a closed back boogie thiele that i use with my HRG IIC+ and its pretty good. I have an open back boogie 1x12 compact MC-90 on top of it to round it out, but I'm not worried about destroying either by turning it up too loud. They are broken in nicely. Plus, distorted or clean, no one dimes their amp... well almost no one.
sometimes I feel it would be easier to blow a speaker on the clean channel though... like switching from lead to rhythm with V1 and master 1 up past 6 and 6 or so... so loud.
