Mansfield bias mod and probe, Are they still in business????

So idk if this is where i should post this... but I ordered a bias probe and bias mod from mansfield guitars in NJ based on some awesome bias threads for the LSC.
that was 2 weeks, 2 phone calls, and 2 emails ago. nothing.
Im assuming they are no longer in business??

Anybody know?
