maiden voyage

i just purchased a new 5:50 1x12 express last week . i played it at home for a few days . i was feeling good about the sounds, but i knew that everything would change once i got to my first rehearsal with it. well, the clean channel sounded great! everybody was impressed with my tone. i use an ac plus with a little compression for my sustain tone so i have not messed with the burn yet but the blues switch sounds good with my john scofield ibanez.
so far so good.

Congratulations. I have one too. It surprised me how great it recorded too. The burn channel is over the top for me. I use the blues channel and a TS808 with it. I use it at all my smaller gigs.

well im really digging the clean channel. i have a suhr pro series s2 that sounds so good with the clean channel. we do a lot of steely dan tunes . it fits just right in the mix. and your right, it sounds great recorded.
