Is anyone building a pedalboard for the Lone Star Special that combines the channel and solo functions into a single switch (as well as having them separately)?

This would simplify some current playing situations, where I need to go from clean to lead solo...yes, I can stomp both switches, but it would be a bit more convenient (and less error-prone) to have the combined functionality if someone has built that.

Thanks,

Dave

Doubt it. You may have to find someone who can custom build one for you. Or just use a midi switcher.

go with a midi switcher. i have liked and used the rjm amp gizmo 9now i have the rg-16) but somehting like the axess grx4 would do the trick too. then all you need is a simple midi footswitch like the midi mouse or rocktron midi xchange and your set. at that point you could switch channels, solo and reverb on and off. also if your run any fx in your loop that are midi controllible you can switch patches on those at the same time. beautiful thing if you ask me.

Oh, very good...had not thought about that, I'll check it out.

Thanks for your help.

Dave
