Hi guys,i'd like to add a 1x12"cab for my Lonestar Special but damnit the only way i can get one is ordering from Mesa(and wait patiently) for 610$ Canadian...that very expensive for a 12" and i'm wondering if i should buy something else for 1/2 the price, like a Marshall or peavey or anything else i can find, would i regret not ordering one from Mesa?

Thanks

Mesa 1x12 widebody is a great cab if you can find it. Adds bottom end to the LSS that isn't really there as a combo.

I have a 1 x 12 Avatar with a Celestion Vintage 30 in it, partial open-back. Sounds great with my LSS. Under $300 USD

I just saw a 1912 marshall cab go for a couple hundred a few weeks ago. That is a 1x12 extension cabinet for combos.

build one. I am in the process of building a four ten. wood, and speakers your are looking at around $350(US). that is using 16 ply birch too. a 112 should be even cheaper.

I would look into a celestian blue in a home built cab.
