LSS 1x12 combo for sale!

As much as I love the tone of this amp, I think I would like a little more gain on the Lead channel and maybe 2x12's instead of 1.


I have a near mint condition LSS that I got from the 2nd owner a few weeks ago. He traded me straight across for my LSC. He bought it from a student of his (the 1st owner) the day before he traded me, so I'm basically the 2nd owner. The original owner kept it in a roadcase, which I do not have.

I found 1 blemish in the tolex, that's it.

It comes with all the goodies, cover, manual, catalog, footswitch, casters, warranty papers. C-90 speaker. New JJ EL-84's and Mesa 12AX7 Chinese Preamp tubes.

Standard Cocoa Bronco tolex, 1x12 combo.

I would like to get $1,350 shipped to the continental US.

Goes on ebay this afternoon if nobody here wants it.

Pristine condition, all original with cover, manual, footswitch, catalog, warrantee papers. The only non-original thing is JJ power tubes.

There is 1 very tiny ding on the bottom front of the amp that is very hard to notice. The original owner kept it in a Calzone case at all times and did not smoke.

ebay raping? aren't they in business to make money? and while they make money they provide a platform for zillions of people to sell stuff that might ohterwise just be laying around. people to find stuff that has a true market value. your amp may sell for 12 more than likely it will garner 14 and change....it won't go for 16 and it wont go for 11 .....fair market value.

on a board full of boogie users you can't sell it....on ebay you'll get that range.

where is the rape?

besides...they're only trading about 30 bucks on nasdaq

good luck on the sale. i know i feel better when something i rather like goes to someone i know ...

on the other hand, while you do pay to play on EBay, I have had some items sell for some sick prices. Don't put a reserve, that increases your fees - start the auction at about what you hope to get or a little less ... and watch it.

I sold a guitar i hoped to get $250 for ... it went for $450. not bad ... sometimes the bidding gets out of hand and it is NOT a scammer. be sure to put some remark about less than 10 positive feedback bids will be removed ... that stops all the scammers mostly on the big auctions.

Yeah, I do all that stuff on our ebay store, but you still get some seriously ****** up people bidding.

The last 3 times I've tried to sell an amp, the bidding has spiraled out of control. Then, with 1 minute or less, the high bidder claims that his account has been hacked and they end the auction. Then, you can't get **** for it the next time because everybody is paranoid about it.


Sometimes I think it's a huge waste of time, and like I said, you just don't know where it's going.


This really is a magnificent amp, it's just not for me.
