Looking For Tech For Phat Mod Replacement in Chicago

I live in the NW burbs of Chicago and am looking for a good amp tech to take out the "Phat Mod" from my Triaxis. A couple years back I tried calling around based on the ones I found on Boogie's site but none of them had a clue. Does anyone know someone in the area who can do this? Preferably on the North side but I'm not tied to that area. I talked to Boogie and would like to avoid the $150 + shipping if possible and I'm not confident in doing it on my own.

Just send it back to Mesa's head office. It's the only place that really goes over them properly and has all the parts. The Triaxis is a poorly understood piece of gear - even by Mesa's approved service agents.

Yeah I took my Mark IV to a local "mesa approved" tech. They sat on her for almost a month and did nothing.

Got her back, sent her to Petaluma and got her set straight. Unfortunately I had to downsize so she went to someone on the Board over 4 years ago.

Should be easy to ship a Triaxis compared to a full amp. Just make sure you put some wrapping around the tubes in case on shakes loose.
