Looking for a IIC+ and need info/help

Hey Guy's,

I am starting the search for a IIC+ and could use some help. I have never played through one but I know they are viewed as the Holy Grail of tone. I have used nothing other than Boogies since 1990 so I have always wanted one. I would like to know what is the easiest way to determine you are looking at a true C+, and will it say simul-class on it somewhwhere if it is? And I would like some opinions as to the actual tone compared to other mark series boogies.
Please list any links you know of a IIC+ for sale!

this is the link-tells about mark series...it has section on MK IIC+ criteria,etc-everyone needs to add this to their "favorites"

I am thinking of letting go of my IIc -->C+. It is a 100/60 watt head with Eq and Reverb. Pretty good condition. How much are you thinking of spending? PM for details. Thanks
