I have the Visual Sound H20 which is perfect to my ears...
...

I have to say, I have it now into my loop and when I have the eq on the chorus give an ungodly feedback that almost blew my ears off... this pedal is no good in the loop...unless my set up is wrong...

maybe it has a buffered output that doesn't play nice with the fx loop? i know other visual sound pedals have it (buffer).......just speculating so don't take my word for it.

sorry to hog this tread but I did hook it up from the guitar to the amp and there is no more loud bird tweeting noise, even if my eq is on.... now, that is not fair, I wanted a chorus and delay in my loop....

just to let you know that I ditched the H2O and went with a Maxon AD-9 Pro Analog Delay....couldn't be happier...

now on the search for that perfect analog chorus...which comes down to...
Electro-Harmonix Small Clone 4600 Full Chorus
MXR Stereo Chorus
Maxon CS-9 Pro Stereo Chorus

I actually tried all of them and ended up getting the Voodoo Labs Analog Chorus as my chorus pedal... very good...

I'm running the Visual Sound H2O in the loop of my 5:50 express 2x12, with no problems what so ever...Great chorus and delay.

I have a Boss CE-5 and a CE-2 on my pedal board. The CE-5 has a wide range of tones and it's the one Zakk uses, but there is just something about the old two knob CE-2 thats very organic sounding. I've had it since i was 13 and would never part with it. It has a smooth tone that I just don't hear in alot of newer pedals.

As for Delay's I like all kinds. Some people like the TC's and other digital delays because they are crisp and have wide time ranges. I have been using a Boss rv-3 but I just bought a loop station because it has more presets.

Don't know if this is permitted but pm me if you're interested in the CE-5 Chorus or the RV-3 Reverb/Delay pedal. Both are in fantastic shape.
