HI

Does the Lonestar V2 slave out does it tap the power tubes at all before it gets to this output? Also have anyone ever used the Radial JDX or Behringer Gi100 to capture the output power tubes sound directly to a computer, etc?

Thanks
Jason

Hope you don't mind a Roadster owner chiming in on this one. I've used the FX SEND as well as the SLAVE OUT on my Roadster to record. The SLAVE OUT sounded much better. I could actually use the SLAVE OUT - even without a speaker simulator. But the FX SEND was unusable in my opinion. I suspect that is because the SLAVE OUT does tap into the output tubes.

I went from the slave out to a Roland V-Studio into Sonar. The cleans were nice although you will need a speaker simulator to do them justice. The distortion was good, but not great. I'm not even sure if a speaker simulator would do the distortion justice.

Hope this helps.
