Lonestar Classic problem

Anyone ever have this problem? My amp is a year old, 2007, and the solo channel doesn't work when I click on the pedal. I swapped out the pedal, and the pedal is fine, it's the amp, yikes, I'm afraid! Any help or experience with this would be great?

Are you using a stereo (TRS) cable?

Did you make sure the cable was pushed all the way into both the amp and the pedal? Solo won't work if it isn't.

Did you try a new TRS cable?

+1 to what Ricardo said. I've read many complaints here about the quality of the cable, and cable failures causing switching failures.

In addition, make sure that the rear panel effects loop switch is not set to hard bypass - if it is the output and solo controls won't work, and you won't hear any difference by kicking in solo.
