Gary moore is great and his songs really give your playing a workout. I was amazed at how well the my express dealt with gary moore's solos on 5 watt mode. All the sustain was there and more. It really is the best amp i have owned

Nice work. You have some great sounds there. We got off to a shakey start, me and my 5:25, but it's starting to work out now and watching your vid's confirms it was a good idea to buy the thing.

Hey great videos! I have a mesa 1X12 5:50 and was wondering how much delay you use on some of those videos?

The T-Rex replica has 4 knobs (level,tempo,echo,repeat) and two switches (sudivision, brown).

For 'Still got the blues' i used the most but not loads -

Level - 2 o'clock
Tempo - 10 0'clock
Repeat - 9 o'clock
Echo - 11 o'clock

Subdivision and Brown both OFF

For all the others -

Level - 2 o'clock
Tempo - 9:30 0'clock
Repeat - 9 o'clock
Echo - 9:30 o'clock

Subdivision and Brown both OFF

I just listened to some of the clips. Excellent! Clearly lots of hard work done to learn all those solos and parts note-for-note. Great tones too. I love the way the Les Paul and the Express at 5 watts sound so huge.

Watched most of the concert. You did a great job man. The amp does the job like a champ. Almost as good as my 5:25.

Sorry for late reply. the settings for gary moore were

BURN MODE
gain - 2 o'clock
Treble - 10 o'clock
middle - 12 o'clock
bass - 1 o'clock
contour - 2 o'clock
REVERB OFF

then just add a bit of delay to wet the sound.

the other hendrix songs and stuff with slightly less gain are done on the crunch mode of the clean channel. its easy to get good sounds out of this channel if you make sure the bass is not too high

Loved your tone and thanks for posting your settings. I just got a 5:25 1x12 Wednesday and tonight I will try out your settings. I have an MXR Carbon Copy delay and an EHX SMMH, my first try with them was not real favorable compared to my last amp. I have not spent much time with the amp and even less with pedals so no suprise. I think I will try the delays through the effects loop tonight.
